In the conference room, a bright wall sculpture grounds the space, with a grid-like pattern inspired by the brownstone architecture of Back Bay. A painting of rowers greets customers in the lobby, recalling the regattas seen on the Charles River. The coxswain leads the group with the building’s street number visible on her racing bib, and the Citizens logo is inscribed on the shell of the boat.
