At One Lincoln Street in Boston’s Financial District, DivcoWest is reimagining the workplace to truly elevate the workday. Once the headquarters of State Street Corporation, the 36-story tower now features a new lobby, high-end fitness center, wellness deck, rooftop basketball and tennis court, and a 1/8 mile walking trail that brings wellness, movement, and connection into the everyday office experience.

Our team curated a contemporary art collection throughout the building, introducing moments of discovery from the lobby to shared spaces. Paired with the building’s refined finishes, the artwork adds warmth, movement, and human connection, enhancing how people experience the space.
